We provide OSHA training and safety consulting services, which may include OSHA 10/30 training, audits, job hazard analysis, written programs, and related support.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Payment is required before scheduling is confirmed (unless otherwise agreed in writing for company accounts).
Prices, service details, and requirements may change at any time.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during enrollment/intake.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Scheduling policies may vary based on service type and availability.

If you miss a scheduled training or appointment, you may be required to reschedule and may incur additional fees.

5. Training Requirements and Conduct

Completion and issuance of cards/certificates may depend on attendance, participation, and required criteria. Timelines for receiving cards/certificates may vary.

7. Refunds

Refund decisions depend on the service type, timing, and whether services have been rendered. If renewal discounts apply, adjustments may be made after verification. Contact info@trnosha.com for refund requests.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, branding, and related assets are owned by TRN OSHA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided for training and compliance support purposes. We do not guarantee outcomes such as passing third-party requirements, preventing incidents, or avoiding citations in every circumstance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRN OSHA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
